Although she held a lot of management & leadership roles within these businesses, her excitement always centred on business development and relationship building. Caroline’s training is in small business management, and marketing. She enjoys working with small businesses owners helping them to strengthen and build solid frameworks within their businesses and work on their strategic visions.

Her testament to this was in her role chairing the City of Glenorchy Excellence Awards which started through her Vocational role in Moonah Rotary.
